Koru Mindfulness is a four session course that will teach you the skill of mindfulness. It will also help you build the habit of using it in your life as a student-athlete and beyond. No previous experience in mindfulness or meditation is required. This course is taught by Lucinda, founder of Peak Flow. She helps athletes find peak performance on and off the field through yoga, mindfulness, and mindset work.
