Want a breather after this semester? Learn the fundamentals of mindfulness meditation during the next Koru mindfulness four-week workshop. In this 4-week workshop series, participants will learn about and practice two new meditation techniques weekly, and bring more mindfulness and gratitude into their lives. An upcoming session begins on June 3rd at 4PM. Registration is required. Open to all undergraduate and graduate students. Brought to you by the Mindful University Project.
