 and how the University will continue to meet its goals.\n\nPresident Mange
 lsdorf is an experienced academic executive known for her leadership in im
 proving academic quality\, advancing research\, and expanding educational 
 access and inclusion at some of the nation’s leading public and private 
 institutions. Since her appointment as president in 2019\, she has increas
 ed the University’s investment and growth in research and clinical enter
 prises\, overseen record annual fundraising\, including the 2025 public la
 unch of the most ambitious fundraising and engagement initiative in the in
 stitution’s history\, and created new leadership positions to better eng
 age with the Greater Rochester community.\n\nA fellow of the American Acad
 emy of Arts and Sciences\, President Mangelsdorf holds the title of G. Rob
 ert Witmer\, Jr. University Professor with an appointment in the Departmen
 t of Psychology. She received her bachelor’s degree from Oberlin College
  and earned her doctorate in child psychology from the University of Minne
 sota. Before joining Rochester\, she served as provost at the University o
 f Wisconsin–Madison.\n\nLeadership Conversations are part of a commitmen
