About this Event
Join Well-U and Max Effort Training for our upcoming spring Learn to Run program. The 8 week program will be held on Saturday mornings, May 21-July 9 at Genesee Valley Park and is designed to safely and efficiently train new runners. Program participants will meet from 9:30-10:30am.
Anyone who signs up for the 8 week program will automatically be entered in a raffle to win a fitbit!
