Free Event

Join Well-U and Max Effort Training for our upcoming fall Learn to Run program. The 8 week program will be held on Saturday mornings, September 10-October 29 at Genesee Valley Park and is designed to safely and efficiently train new runners. Program participants will meet from 9:30-10:30am. 

Anyone who signs up for the 8 week program will automatically be entered in a raffle to win a fitbit!
