Free EventJoin Well-U and Max Effort Training for our upcoming spring Learn to Run program. The 8 week program will be held on Saturday mornings, May 20 - July 8 at Genesee Valley Park and is designed to safely and efficiently train new runners. Participants will meet weekly Saturday mornings (time TBD afer roster is full!)
Anyone who signs up for the 8 week program will automatically be entered in a raffle to win a fitbit!
