Learn to Run Overview

Have you been thinking of trying out running as your new sport? Interested to get back into it? Look no further! Join Well-U and Max Effort Training for this one-time overview on our upcoming Learn to Run program. The 8 week program is designed to safely and efficiently train new runners. This overview will give you a snapshot of the program, what to expect, and answer all of your questions. Anyone who signs up for the 8 week program will automatically be entered in a raffle to win a fitbit!
