Free Event

Join Well-U and Max Effort Training for our upcoming fall Learn to Run program. The 8 week program will be held on Saturday mornings, October 2 - November 21 at Genesee Valley Park and is designed to safely and efficiently train new runners. Anyone who signs up for the 8 week program will automatically be entered in a raffle to win a fitbit! 

*Details, including exact time of Saturday morning run, will be provided by the running coach before the start day of the program.
