Description: Leadership is not about holding a position. It is more about navigating through a process that results in some kind of change. This interactive workshop focuses on leadership concepts, perspectives and viewpoints. It provides you with the opportunity to develop and enhance a personal philosophy of leadership which is necessary for you to become effective contributors to your organization(s).

Learning Outcomes:
1) Describe what effective leadership looks like in action
2) Understanding of the breadth of leadership concepts
3) Critically analyze myths regarding leadership
4) Awareness of key assumptions of leadership
