Level 2 Opening Session: The Practices of Leadership

Domain: Level 2 Opening Session

Description: During this session you will complete the Leadership Practices Inventory to understand your unique leadership style and how it can benefit your organization(s). We'll also discuss how leaders work collaboratively to help a group succeed.

Learning Outcomes:
1) Students articulate three ways to use their preferred leadership practice when participating in their student organization.
2) Students correctly identify each of the five leadership practices when observing it in a scenario.
3) Students explain the importance a follower plays in effective leadership.
