Lifestyle Management Program: Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

8 Weekly Sessions In-Person, Wednesdays beginning September 10th from 6:00 - 8:00 PM with an additional full-day retreat on Sunday, November 9th (this date is subject to change). The last Wednesday session will be held on October 29th, 2025.

Explore the studied practice of living mindfully with Dr. Autumn Gallegos, and discover how meditation can help provide more balance, stability and satisfaction in eight 2-hour weekly in-person sessions at the Center for Community Health and Prevention, 46 Prince Street Rochester, NY 14607 and a full-day retreat offsite. 

This course is free of charge for University employees/spouses who are on the healthcare plan and for all other potential participants, we offer a self-pay option for the course.
