Live at the Cafe! with the Sisu Saxophone Quartet

The Sisu Saxophone Quartet will well-known and contemporary music arranged for this ensemble. Members are all graduate students at the Eastman School of Music and study with Professor Chien-Kwan Lin. Members are: Colin Crake, soprano saxophone | Trevor Chu, alto saxophone | Scarlet Gouk, tenor saxophone | Raleigh Fangerhaug, baritone saxophone.

Live at the Cafe is a new concert series that takes place in Cafe 601 (cafeteria) presenting small groups from the Eastman School performing for staff and families. This will be a regular concert format (approximately one hour of music) where the audience is welcome to come and go, or sit and listen for a while.  This series is supported by the Office of Patient Experience.

Eastman Performing Arts Medicine is a collabortation between the Eastman School of Music and the URMC. This Arts Integration aspect of the program seeks to explore the effect of live music on the listener in hospital public spaces.
