About this Event
Join author Lara Hope Schwartz for a facilitated virtual book club featuring her book Try To Love the Questions: From Debate to Dialogue in Classrooms and Life. Schwartz draws upon her professional, academic, and personal expertise to offer a framework for understanding and practicing dialogue across difference in and out of the classroom. Books are available upon registration.
This four part virtual book series explores challenges students face as they prepare to listen, speak, and learn in a college community. In conversation with Schwartz, students, faculty, and staff will consider the practice of open and respectful communication as a skill and not as a limitation on expression.
Virtual book club meeting schedule:
Thursdays 2:00 - 3:00 PM
