This practice will focus on noticing the people around you and silently offering them phrases of loving-kindness. It's a very different way of being in a public space, and allows you to “tune in” rather than getting stuck in your own thoughts. We’ll begin in Havens Lounge in Wilson Commons with a brief talk, followed by a 20 minute practice and group reflection. Registration not required. Friday, September 20th from 3:30 – 4:30.
