Lunch & Listen: Eastman Jazz Faculty

Eastman jazz faculty Bob Sneider, guitar

A special lunchtime musical "call in" show for URMC clinical workers - Eastman Performing Arts Medicine musicians will play live from their homes, taking requests and offering music to help you unwind or gear up.

This week we are featuring Eastman jazz faculty artist Bob Sneider, jazz guitar and Eastman jazz bass faculty Jeff Campbell. Mr. Sneider has been deeply involved in the Rochester jazz scene, appearing every year at the Rochester Internatioanl Jazz Festival as a lead performer and the host of the nightly jam session. He frequently offers concerts in healthcare settings to give back to the community,. When that wasn't possible over the winter holidays, Bob offered his CD to Strong Hospital for patients to enjoy through our Get Well Network system.

Jeff Campbell is a fixture in the local jazz scene and has released numerous CDs with his trio, Trio East

Join us at any time during your lunch break, listen in and make a request of the artist.

This new series is sponsored by the Office of Patient Experience.
