I was only able to join for 30 minutes, but it was wonderful. I love the relaxing pace and excellent detailed instructions how to mirror your poses. Even though I didn't have time to complete the entire class, the 30 minutes I joined was much needed. The only thing I had difficulty with were when blocks and rubber bands were being used as I didn't have any. Can alternative poses be used more frequently without requiring extra equipment, or recommendations of things everyone has at home that can be used almost as effectively as the extra equipment suggested? If I add a virtual class more regularly I'll probably invest in extra equipment, but many of us may not have it. Thanks again!
