Mat Yoga

Yoga is a physical and mental exercise illustrating the power of the mind-body connection. A variety of techniques will be introduced including physical postures for strength and flexibility, relaxation techniques, and breathing techniques. All of these techniques can give you a more robust self care routine that you can continue at home.  Sharing your health conditions before class is an essential if you need any variations on poses. Please be prepared to participate at the start and the end by turning on the camera, audio or using the chat feature to share observations with your instructor.  No experience necessary. A yoga mat is highly recommended but not necessary. Be prepared to have a space 6 feet long by 4 feet across to practice.
