This class is mostly physical postures for strength and flexibility and also includes techniques in relaxation and breathing for stress management. Sharing your health conditions before class is an essential if you need any variations on poses. Please be prepared to participate at the start and the end by turning on the camera, audio or using the chat feature to share observations with your instructor. No experience necessary. A yoga mat is highly recommended but not necessary. Be prepared to have a space 6 feet long by 4 feet across to practice.
