This interactive workshop focuses on leadership concepts, perspectives and viewpoints. It provides you with the opportunity to develop and enhance a personal philosophy of leadership which is necessary for you to become effective contributors to your organization(s).

The Medallion Program, an initiative of the Office of the Dean of Students, is a flexible three-tiered program that provides workshops, interactive activities, and personal reflection to assist UR students in developing leadership capabilities. The Medallion Program provides a balance between structure and creativity. There are specific requirements that need to be completed, but as a participant, you will have the freedom to choose programs and workshops that meet your individual needs.
Students from all majors, class levels, and degrees of leadership experience are welcome. Participants have the freedom to choose events and programs that reflect their preferences.
