“The Role of Stains in the Era of ‘Precision Medicine’” will feature URMC faculty Ed Brown, Ph.D. (Biomedical Engineering), Michael Giacomelli, Ph.D. (Biomedical Engineering), Brad Turner, M.D. (Pathology), and David Hicks (Pathology) at the Biological Stain Commission’s annual meeting on Friday, June 14.
Registration will be held in the Flaum Atrium at URMC. The event will include invited speakers, a poster session with prize money and vendor displays followed by a social gathering.
This event encourages active dialogue among scientists, engineers, staff, students, manufacturers, and vendors regarding techniques for staining, imaging stained tissue, and the application of staining in diagnostic medicine.
