Menopause Matters!

Women have a lot to look forward to in the second half of their lives. Good health can help women stay independent and feel fulfilled as they age. Join Mary Reisig, Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, UR Medicine Menopause and Women’s Health, for a talk on "Menopause Matters!" She will help you learn more about what menopause is, how to have a healthy menopause and tips for managing symptoms like hot flashes, sleep issues, mood changes and weight gain.

Parking is available in the Court Street garage, which is connected to the library. There will be healthy snacks and a free raffle.

Sponsored by the Center for Community Health & Prevention in partnership with the Central Library of Rochester and Monroe County, as part of the "Got Health" series.  Can't attend? The talk will be streamed live by the Central Library, so you can tune in on Facebook! Please ‘like’ and ‘share’ the broadcast to help us spread the word.
