The Mindfulness for Us program is designed to help people of all backgrounds incorporate mindfulness into their daily life.

Through a combination of meditation, journaling, and group discussion, you will connect with the goals you want to achieve while finding a better understanding of your fears which may be holding you back. The journey towards mindful living is different for everyone, and this program will allow you to create a unique path towards your personal needs.

Facilitated by the Mindful University Project and the University Counseling Center.
