The Welcome Back Social is an annual event put on by the Minority Male Leadership Association that serves as a pivotal event in the minority community for showcasing the history of the organization, and plans for the future, and connect college students to high schoolers in Rochester while having amazing speakers and department presentations.

This year's Keynote Speaker is Quchee Collins with guest Speakers: John Blackshear, Michael Marsh, Dr. Adrienne Morgan, Dr. Jane Slade, Nathan Kadar, Dr. David Paul, Dr. Kevin Graham, Dr. Clifford Pierre.
