Explore Minority & Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) Certification and Utilization programs, local technical assistance resources, and how selling to the government can help grow your business. This inaugural annual event will consist of 3 pillars:

- Learn: Explore Monroe County’s new MWBE program and hear from local agencies on the benefits and services they offer M/WBE firms.

- Discover: Ever wonder what local governments buy? Here’s your chance, as County and City departments detail their upcoming purchasing needs.

- Network: Two separate networking events:

Tuesday 4/26 – Networking Reception 4 - 6 p.m.

Wednesday 4/27- “Meet the Buyers” Matchmaking Event 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.

This event is free to attend, but pre-registration is required. Register online. The annual training forum will be hosted at the Memorial Art Gallery and is co-sponsored by Monroe County, the City of Rochester, University Facilities and Services, and the Institutional Office of Equity and Inclusion at the University of Rochester.

Masks will be required for all attendees, regardless of vaccination status.
