Mixed Levels Mat Yoga

A yoga routine to increase blood flow, create strength and flexibility while bringing focus to the mind. Some experience with yoga is highly recommended or a regular exercise routine. Be prepared to sweat in this class. A yoga mat is required for the best experience in this class.
