 ing their graduate or postdoctoral studies. When opportunities do arise\, 
 trainees are often asked to co-review manuscripts alongside a mentor witho
 ut clear guidance. This workshop addresses these gaps by introducing best 
 practices for approaching the peer-review process and providing practical 
 guidance on how to write a clear\, constructive\, and effective manuscript
  review.
