Neurology for the Primary Care Provider XXVI: Updates in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Common Neurologic Disorders

This course is appropriately designed to provide primary care physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners and nurses with a thorough, practical, and readily applied treatment update on various types of acute and chronic neurologic disorders.  Topics cover a broad range of conditions, including headache, drug-induced movement disorders, compressive neuropathies, and stroke.  The goal is to enable participants with the information they need to increase their knowledge base, further improve their skills, and enhance their care of patients with neurologic disorders in the clinical setting.

The University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians. 

The University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry designates this live activity for a maximum of 5.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits TM.  Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
