The last couple of years have been challenging.  Everywhere we turn, new worries or stressors are causing us to become more and more drained.  As leaders, it is especially important in times such as these that we practice good self-care.  The purpose of this new course is to discover how reflecting and journaling on strategies to keep patients and colleagues safe improves one’s ability to lead a clinical team effectively.

Completing this live four-week series (along with the annual online education) will qualify this year for the URMC Malpractice Premium Differential program. 

To obtain Continuing Education credit, you must register for and complete all four of the sessions and, after the last session, complete the online evaluation in MyPath.
