Nonviolence Now Celebration

Nonviolence Now, a global project to share and collect stories of nonviolence.

Launched at the United Nations on Oct 2, this historic project is introducing nonviolence on global digital platforms as an education project and as a means to counter online extremist recruitment.

Project team members Jamie Rudd ’17, Justin Fraumeni ’17, UR graphic designer Jennelle Hart and Gandhi Institute director Kit Miller will offer a brief presentation regarding the project and results thus far.

Refreshments will be provided.
