Participate in the Green Reps’ Office Supply Swap event! Between 8:30 and 11:30 a.m., bring your no-longer-needed office supplies, decorations, and more to the Flaum Atrium. You can leave with something “new” for your workspace until 3 p.m.! 

Accepted items include:

• Office Supplies: Folders, binders, paper, ink & toner, clipboards, paper and binder clips, pens, markers, etc. 

• Kitchenette Items: Coffee makers, microwaves, toasters, cutlery, dishware, mini-fridges, etc. 

• Office Essentials: Organizational items, dry erase boards, corkboards, desk lamps, plants, wall decor, decorations, etc. 

• Textiles: Curtains, rugs, other fabrics 

• Books 

Please note that furniture will not be accepted during this event. Those interested in repurposing furniture are encouraged to use the Medical Center Surplus Property Program. 

Volunteers will additionally be screening donated items to make sure they are suitable for reuse. 

Note that limited carts will be available to transport items to/from the Atrium.

Limited complimentary parking will be available in the MRB lot for those needing to bring a car. Spaces reserved for this event will be designated by parking cones. Please do not occupy a space longer than 30 minutes. Download the parking pass here.
