The One Language, One Recipe program opens the Spring semester with a recipe featuring the Japanese language! The Language Center in collaboration with the Japanese program at MLC will present a recipe that is representative of the Japanese language! Cooking lesson taught in Japanese (with English translation) by Keiko Nishioka, followed by a tasting of the delicious Agedashidofu (Fried Tofu). Learn more about Japanese cuisine one bite at a time!
