Open Up: Open Educational Resources in the Sciences

In this workshop, authors Daniel Dotson (Ohio State University) and Anna Davis (Ohio Dominican University) will share their work from the chapter, "Mathematics Courses and the Ohio Open Ed Collaborative: Collaborative Course Content Building for Statewide Use," in Open Pedagogy Approaches: Faculty, Library, and Student Collaborations.

Following, Lindsey Gumb and Heather Miceli from Roger Williams University will discuss the ideas in their chapter, "Library Support for Scaffolding OER-Enabled Pedagogy in a General Education Science Course."

Participants will receive a zoom link to the event once they have registered.

This workshop is part of "Open Up" a series from the authors of Open Pedagogy Approaches: Faculty, Library, and Student Collaborations that offers different ways in which faculty, library staff, and students work together to engage and enrich the learning process.
