Open Enrollment Q & A sessions are the best way for Active and Retiree’s to get their questions answered. Q & A sessions are first come first serve and representatives will be available to answer all questions. Depending on volume of attendees, short wait times may exist. 

For Active employees, Open Enrollment for 2020 benefits will take place November 8 - 22.  This session will include reps from Total Rewards, AHP, as well as all benefit (medical and voluntary benefit) vendors. Active employees can click here for more information (no registration is needed)

For Retiree’s, Open Enrollment for 2020 benefits will take place November 1 - 15.  This session will include reps from Total Rewards, MVP, Aetna and Excellus and for more information Retirees can click here (no registration is needed).
