UR Medicine Orthopaedics & Physical Performance invites Strong Memorial Hospital employees to receive a free Orthopaedic Health Screen every Monday 2-3:30 and Friday 8-12.  We are now offering the screens in PM and R Exam Room 2, room 5.4130A.  The room is located in the hallway past the physical therapy gym in the hallway to the left.  The room is on the left side of the hallway about 1/2 way down the hallway.  As part of the process, you will complete an electronic questionnaire and have a 3-D video movement assessment to analyze your quality of movement that will be used to build each participant a customized musculoskeletal profile.  After the screening, you will review your profile with a licensed clinician and you may be eligible to work with our team of physical therapists and athletic trainers to correct any impairments and teach you best exercise practices.  

You can also sign your unit up for a screening day where we will come to your unit and complete a screen for you and your coworkers.
