UR Medicine Orthopaedics & Physical Performance invites Strong Memorial Hospital employees to receive a free Orthopaedic Health Screen every Monday 1:30-3:30 and Friday 8-12.  Screens are offered at SMH in the PM and R Exam Room 2, room 5.4130A.  Located on the 5th floor of the hospital.  We will establish your baseline MSK profile and help identify if there are any limitations or restrictions to your musculoskeletal system. 

The screen is a combination of an electronic questionnaire and 3-D video movement analysis.  We combine the information to build each participant a unique musculoskeletal profile.  We will review your profile with you line-by-line and you may be eligible to work with our team of physical therapists and athletic trainers for FREE to correct any impairments/restrictions and teach you best exercise practices.

Directions: Take the green elevators to the 5th floor and turn left off the bank of elevators towards the curved hallway.  Walk past the rehab gym until you reach a zig-zag in the hallway.  Turn left down the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation hallway, past the double doors then the room is in the second bank of offices to your left.  Room 5.4130a
