UR Medicine Orthopaedics & Physical Performance invites Strong Memorial Hospital employees to receive a free Orthopaedic Health Screen every Monday 2-3:30 and Friday 8-12.  Screens are offered at SMH in PM and R Exam Room 2, room 5.4130A.  We will establish your baseline MSK profile and help identify if there are any limitations or restrictions to your musculoskeletal system. 

The screen is a combination of an electronic questionnaire and 3-D video movement analysis.  We combine the information to build each participant a unique musculoskeletal profile.  We will review your profile with you line-by-line and you may be eligible to work with our team of physical therapists and athletic trainers for FREE to correct any impairments/restrictions and teach you best exercise practices.
