UR Medicine Orthopaedics & Physical Performance invites Strong Memorial Hospital employees to receive a FREE Orthopaedic Health Screen every Monday 1:30-3:30 and Friday 8-12.  Screens are offered at SMH in the PM and R hallway, room 5.4130A which is located on the 5th floor of the hospital.  We will establish your baseline MSK profile, allow you to compare year over year results, and help identify limitations or impairments to your musculoskeletal system.

The screen is a combination of an electronic questionnaire and a 3-D video movement analysis.  We build each participant an individualized profile and review it with you.  In addition, each participant receives 2-week online programing through Fitness Science.  If impairments are identified, you may be eligible to work with our team of physical therapists and athletic trainers for 11 FREE sessions at one of our outpatient clinics.

If Mondays and Fridays do not work or you prefer our team comes to your work area to complete screens for you and your coworkers, please email Chuck at Charles_Dagostino@URMC.Rochester.edu or visits our webpage at https://www.urmc.rochester.edu/orthopaedics/employee-ortho-health/.

Directions: Take the green elevators to the 5th floor and turn left off the bank of elevators towards the curved hallway. Walk past the rehab gym until you reach a zig-zag in the hallway. Turn left down the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation hallway, past the double doors then the room is in the second bank of offices to your left. Room 5.4130a.
