Patient Safety Grand Rounds: Everything I Know About Safety, I Learned at Hogwarts:

Join us for the next Patient Safety Grand Rounds, "Everything I know about safety, I learned at Hogwarts" presented by Anne Lyren, MD, MSc Clinical Director Children’s Hospitals’ Solutions for Patient Safety (SPS).

Please join us on October 23 during Healthcare Quality week to learn about the history, structure and results of the Solutions for Patient Safety, a large collaborative of children’s hospitals with a mission to reduce serious harm, using language made popular by teenagers. Understand the role of physicians, nurses and other care providers in the elimination of serious patient and employee/staff harm. Consider the future challenges and opportunities of hospital safety.

Lunch Will Be Served.
