Managing stress is a key ingredient for improving one’s concentration and to decrease performance anxiety. Research has found that petting an animal can be helpful in decreasing stress and boosting one’s mood! Come relax with some therapy dogs at the Health Promotion Office’s PAWS for Stress Relief event on Thursday, October 21st from 6-7:15PM in the Eastman Student Living Center.
