Postural Training

This stretching & strengthening class will focus on the muscles that are out of balance from a lifestyle dominated by sitting and being sedentary. We may include yoga, general exercise, poses in a chair, standing or on a mat. As an example, we have overstretched buttock muscles that lead to imbalances in the pelvis. Strengthening the buttock muscles can improve stability. Return to work with better posture & calm after this class!
