Book Club Discussion on, Waking Up White and Finding Myself in the Story of Race, by Debby Irving
This summer’s presentations are geared toward learning about and engaging in critical reflections and conversations to help combat racial disparities. Barnes & Noble College Town has ordered copies of Irving's book for purchase
The Department of Psychiatry 7th Annual Brown Bag Series will be held every Wednesday from noon to 1 pm at Helen Wood Hall Auditorium. with an optional discussion time from 1pm to 1:30pm.
The series is cosponsored by the Department of Psychiatry, URMC Inclusion & Cultural Development Office, W.I.S.H., The CACHED Office, Office of Human Resources – Staff Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Neurology & Child Neurology, Office of Faculty Development and Diversity, and the Paul J. Burgett Intercultural Center.
