Walking Forward: Collaborating at the Community Level to Advance Cancer Control in the Northern Plains American Indians

This presentation will highlight research strategies used to address the high cancer mortality rates for Northern Plains American Indians. Additionally, Dr. Petereit will discuss the American Brachytherapy Society Initiatives of increasing access to quality brachytherapy, one of the highly effective cancer treatment modalities, by enhancing next-generation providers' training.
