About this Event
740 Library Road, Rochester
A 2021 survey found that 68% of students reported that they only ate 2 meals per day. The thought of cooking meals as a full-time student can seem daunting and time-consuming. However, cooking nutritious meals can be quick, cheap, and tasty! Join us for a workshop where you will learn a quick meal recipe and one snack. At the end of the workshop, you’ll be able to eat the meal you prepared and take the recipe with you for later reference – come ready to eat! Vegan, nut-free, and gluten-free options will be available.
Offered on February 28th from 12-1 PM in the Community Kitchen in Douglass Commons. Hosted by Rich Ciceron in collaboration with the UHS Health Promotion Office, the Food Pantry, and Simon Business School’s Graduate Business Council. Open to all undergrad and graduate students. Registration is required.
