Join us at our relax and renew retreat this fall to end your year in a peaceful headspace. This is a half-day, silent meditation retreat for students, faculty, and staff who are interested in a more immersive meditation experience. Through the four hours together, we will engage in a variety of contemplative practices such as, walking meditations, mindful eating, and sound healing. Retreats are co-facilitated by Mindful University Project meditation and yoga teachers. Prior meditation experience is not necessary to participate. Retreats are free of charge and open to any student, faculty, or staff member of the University community. This year our Fall retreat will be held in the Spurrier dance studio on Saturday, October 25th from 9am to 1pm. Space is limited, register to reserve your spot.
