Join the Mindful University Project’s upcoming Relax and Renew Retreat on Saturday, April 1st from 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM! These retreats are half-day, silent meditation retreats for students, faculty, and staff who are interested in developing or deepening one’s meditation practice through a more immersive meditation experience. Held in the Spurrier Dance Studio, participants will experience four hours of noble silence while engaging in a variety of contemplative practices, including: Gentle yoga, self-compassion practices, breath awareness meditations, mindful eating, journaling, and a dharma talk (a lesson about the practice of mindfulness in everyday life).

The retreat will be co-facilitated by Koru Mindfulness teachers. Prior meditation experience is not necessary to participate. Please dress comfortably.
