Gain practical skills to manage your stress, improve your relationships, find a healthier work-life balance, and refocus on your priorities in five weekly ZOOM sessions with Jen Lee.  The sessions will be Wednesdays from 5:00 - 6:00 PM starting on June 3rd to July 1st.
