Lifestyle Management Program - Stress Reduction 

5 bi-weekly sessions (every other) Wednesdays from 12:00pm - 1:00pm, beginning July 1st. 

Class meets on the following dates:

7/1, 7/15, 7/29, 8/12, 8/26

Gain practical skills to manage your stress, improve your relationships, find a healthier work-life balance, and refocus on your priorities in five Zoom-based group sessions with Anne Sammler.
