University leaders and managers are working to evaluate and make decisions regarding the future work environment for their teams and functional areas, which may include returning teams to on-site work, creating long-term remote work plans, or a hybrid work model combining the two. In addition to online resources, the Office of Human Resources will be hosting manager networking sessions as space for leaders to learn more about best practices for remote and hybrid work, including how to build a collaborative, engaging work environment. These sessions are intended to provide a platform for managers to gather and discuss the resources, to bring up challenges and concerns, or to share what’s working within their groups.
