Rochester is now are a member of the New York Federal Statistical Research Data Center Consortium (NYRDC). As a member of NYRDC, qualified researchers at Rochester now can access restricted-use microdata from a variety of statistical agencies to address important research questions. A wide variety of data sets produced by the Census Bureau, National Center for Health Statistics, Agency for Health Research and Quality, Bureau of Labor Statistics, and Bureau of Economic Analysis are available at NYRDC.
If you are a faculty member or student who is interested in using restricted-use microdata for a research project, you should attend this workshop. Nichole Szembrot, administrator of the Connell Federal Statistical Research Data Center, will introduce you to the review process and protocols for using this data and provide an overview on what data sets are available through the NYRDC
