Canceled: Speak About It

The Title IX Office and Paul J. Burgett Intercultural Center is bringing Speak About It to campus for Sexual Assault Awareness Month. This event is open and free for our University Community!

Speak About It is a performance about consent, boundaries and healthy relationships. Using a combination of humorous yet provocative skits, interactive dialogue, and powerful monologues, Speak About It empowers students by providing real-life examples and practical tools surrounding consent, sexual assault, and bystander intervention. For more about Speak About It:

  • The Title IX Office will do a drawing for (5) separate $100 donations to Undergraduate Student College Registered Group's to utilize towards programming funds by the end of the 2020 academic year.  
  • This event is a Medallion Program sponsored event satisfying the Level 1 Practical Competency requirement.
  • For Fraternities and Sororities, this event will count as part of their expectations of excellence requirement in the category of sexual assault prevention.
  • Any student groups that are interested in co-sponsoring should email the Title IX Office at
